Over the last year or so, we have been placing an emphasis on both prayer and service to our community. We began by asking God for his vision and now we are learning to pray for our community. Since we are devoting so much time to prayer, I thought it would be good to spend the next ten weeks looking at the Lord's Prayer. To help us better understand this prayer we are going to be using the Heidelberg Catechism, a teaching tool that the Reformed Church has used for centuries to help Christians grow deeper in their faith, practice and understanding.
